We prioritise the security of both you and your belongings.
When welcoming a new customer, we require one form of photo ID (such as a passport or driver's license) to verify their identity and we request a recent utility bill to confirm their residential address.
We do not accept cash for the initial payment; it must be made using bank transfer. This ensures that customers have undergone the necessary bank checks to open an account and obtain a card.
Our units are consistently well-lit both internally and externally at all times and we operate high definition CCTV security cameras.
Various units on the campus are open from dawn to dusk, so chances are, lots of people will be around when you visit.
Your storage unit is open 24/7 except for main UK holidays such as Christmas day.
Your first payment must be made using bank transfer.
All subsequent payments will be collected via Direct Debit until you provide us with the necessary 30 days' written notice (an email is acceptable!).
All invoices must be paid in full one month in advance at all times.
When you vacate the container, any outstanding storage fees will be refunded provided you have given the appropriate written notice, fully cleared out the storage unit, and left no waste on site.
If you do not have a UK bank account or one that cannot accommodate direct debit payments, please inform us so we can arrange an alternative payment solution for you.

This would be extremely dangerous. The containers are insulated and should be left open at all times when loading or unloading as there is a risk of suffocation when the doors are sealed and closed.
This will be rigorously enforced and failure to comply will result in the police being called and your unit rental being discontinued
Your home contents insurance may protect your belongings even if they’re not kept in your home., however, it is your responsibility to check that your property is covered and arrange your own self-storage insurance if necessary.

From the southbound M77, continue onto the A77 following signs to Prestwick Airport.
At the Dutch House Roundabout, just before Monkton, take the first left - signposted Ayr, Stranraer A77.
Continue on the A77 until the Sandyford Toll Roundabout and take the first left, signposted Mossblown, Annbank B742.
Continue on the B742 for around half a mile and you will see Sandyford Business Park on your left.
From the South (AYR)
Take the northbound A77 past Ayr until the Sandyford Toll Roundabout where you should take the third exit, signposted Mossblown B742, Galston A719.
Continue on the B742 for around half a mile and you will see Sandyford Business Park on your left.
From THE EAST (MOSSBLOWN)
Travel east out of Mossblown along the B742 for just over half a mile.
Sandyford Business Park is on your right.
Enter through the carpark at the far side of the buildings.
